Twenty years ago a trip to the second hand book store revealed an interesting looking book, Energy Medicine by Donna Eden. I took it home and a passionate journey into energy began. 

I used the techniques on myself with amazing results. I tried them on willing family and friends and their results were equally amazing. 

A visit from my sister shortly thereafter introduced Reiki into my life. It was used for staff and patients alike in a hospital where she worked. Sourcing a local Reiki healer resulted in a profound experience of relaxation and calm. I HAD to learn this for myself. 

Many learnings and modalities followed in the years after. Everything is energy and energy is everything so I used it on everything. 

When not directly practicing energy medicine you will find me reading, in the garden, out in nature, connecting with my family or cooking. A little secret… I use energy healing there too!
